July 23, 2014, RPC, Inc. issued a press release titled “RPC, Inc. Announces Regular Quarterly Cash
Dividend.” The press release announced that the Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly dividend of
$0.105 per share payable September 10, 2014 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8,
2014.
