Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. (the “Company”) will present at the Stifel 2019 Transportation & Logistics Conference (the “Stifel Conference”) to be held in Miami Beach, Florida on February 12, 2019. Management’s presentation at the Stifel Conference will include information regarding the Company’s financial condition as of December 31, 2018, in addition to information regarding the Company’s previously announced operating results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2018. The materials to be used during the presentation are attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and are incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
