Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 11, 2005, our Board of Directors determined that the annual meeting of the Company's stockholders be held on Thursday, June 16, 2005, commencing at 10:00 a.m. local time, at the Doubletree Hotel at Allen Center, 400 Dallas Street, Houston, Texas and that the record date for stockholders of the Company entitled to notice of and to vote at such annual meeting shall be April 21, 2005. The Board's action represents a change in the date of the annual meeting previously disclosed in our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 20, 2004.
