On November 18, 2008, Old National Bancorp (the "Company") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K ("Form 8-K") announcing that the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") had elected Linda White as a director of the Company. At that time, it had not yet been determined each committee of the Board Ms. White would serve. This Amendment to the Form 8-K is being filed to report that on December 4, 2008, the Board appointed Ms. White to serve on the Risk and Credit Policy Committee and the Community and Social Responsibility Committee of the Board. No other change in the Form 8-K is being effected hereby.
