Other Events On February 19, 2008, Unisys Corporation announced that it will hold its 2008 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on July 24, 2008. The deadline for advance notice of stockholder proposals and director nominations for this meeting under the company's Bylaws will be June 2, 2008. Previously, the deadline was February 19, 2008. The company believes that the rescheduling of the 2008 annual meeting will allow it additional time to explore, with its investment banker Bear Stearns, certain portfolio rationalization and other actions that may enhance stockholder value. There can be no assurance, however, that any such transaction will be proposed or consummated.
