On October 21, 2014, the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of Alico, Inc. (the “Company”) set December 31, 2014, as the record date for shareholders eligible to vote at the Company’s Annual Meeting which will be held at 9:30 A.M. on February 25, 2015. The Annual Meeting will be held in the offices of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, 51 West 52nd Street, New York, NY 10019.
