        On April 6, 2006, Lithia Motors, Inc. issued a press release announcing that beginning at approximately 11:15 a.m. Eastern Time on April 11, 2006, Sidney B. DeBoer, Chief Executive Officer of Lithia Motors, Inc., will give a presentation at the Morgan Stanley Global Automotive Conference at the Crown Plaza Times Square in New York City, New York.
