On February 28, 2007, Buckeye Technologies Inc. issued a press release announcing its intent to call for redemption $5 million in aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 9 ¼ % Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008. A copy of the press release is attached as exhibit 99.1.
