Item 1.01 ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
|
On November 1, 2010, Titan Wheel Corporation of Illinois (Titan Wheel Corporation), a subsidiary of Titan International, Inc., entered into a purchase agreement with Deere & Company (Deere). Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the agreement, Deere will purchase certain products from Titan Wheel Corporation. The three year agreement expires on October 31, 2013.
