(2) These securities may be deemed to be beneficially owned by Litespeed Management, L.L.C. ("Litespeed"), the investment manager of the Fund, and Jamie Zimmerman ("Ms. Zimmerman," and together with Litespeed, the "Reporting Persons"), the managing member of Litespeed.
