INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT
 
The Company announced today that its Board of Directors has decided to revise the Company’s Code of Ethics.  The revised Code of Ethics became effective as of September 2, 2009.  A copy of the revised Code of Ethics may be found on the Company’s website, http://www.euroseas.gr, under the section entitled “Corporate Governance.”
