TAIPEI, TAIWAN, R.O.C., MAY 8, 2006 – ADVANCED SEMICONDUCTOR ENGINEERING, INC. (NYSE: ASX, TAIEX: 2311, “ASE” or the “Company”), announces its unaudited consolidated net revenues for the month of April 2006.
