Investor and Analyst Meeting

Pinnacle West Capital Corporation (“Pinnacle West”) is participating in the Edison Electric Institute (“EEI”) Financial Conference on November 1 — 4, 2009. During the conference, we will be meeting with members of the investment community and utilizing slide handouts during those meetings. Copies of the slides may be available to such investors and analysts as early as November 2, 2009, and are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
