     On February 10, 2010, Encore Wire Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued an earnings release describing selected financial results of the Company for the fourth quarter of 2009 and the year ended December 31, 2009 (the “Earnings Release”). A copy of the Earnings Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
