Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On December 22, 2006, Tower Automotive, Inc. (the “Company”) and Tower Automotive Lansing, LLC
completed the sale of the Lansing, Michigan facility and related assets to a designee of General
Motors in accordance with the Order of the Bankruptcy Court dated August 10, 2005, for the price of
$20 million.
