     Pursuant to the General Instruction E of Form S-8, Encore Wire Corporation (“Encore” or the “Company”) is filing this registration statement on Form S-8 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) to include an additional 300,000 shares under the Encore Wire Corporation 1999 Stock Option Plan (the “Plan”).
