On April 19, 2007, Allan P. Merrill provided Move, Inc. (the “Company”) with his resignation as the
Company’s Executive Vice President, Strategy and Corporate Development. Such resignation shall be
effective on or before April 30, 2007. Mr. Merrill is leaving the Company to accept the position
of Chief Financial Officer of Beazer Homes USA, Inc.
