     On May 29, 2007, Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has commenced a tender offer and consent solicitation with respect to any or all of its $150 million aggregate principal amount outstanding 8 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
