Allegheny Technologies Incorporated (the “Company”) has determined that it will no longer provide gross-ups to its executives in connection with personal air travel. The Company has also decided that, with respect to future awards on future performance cycles, dividend equivalents will not be paid on performance/restricted stock until the amounts are earned.
