Nepsis Unveils New Minneapolis Headquarters at Two Meridian

Newly remodeled office space will enhance collaboration, strengthen client service and support the firm’s expanded workforce after year of explosive growth

Nepsis, Inc. (“Nepsis”), a national financial advisory, investment management and tax services firm, has officially opened its new national headquarters at Two Meridian, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The move to an expanded workspace was necessitated by the tremendous growth the firm experienced in 2024.

Located at the intersection of I-35W and I-494 just outside of downtown Minneapolis, the new office sits in a thriving business hub with strategic access to major highways, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and various corporate headquarters. Its central location improves accessibility for clients and team members, fosters collaboration and strengthens Nepsis’ family-oriented culture.

"Being a family-run business deeply rooted in the Minneapolis area, creating a corporate home at this location marks a significant milestone for our firm,” said Matt Pearson, president of Nepsis. “We’re excited to enhance the client experience with a state-of-the-art, centrally located space that promotes a collaborative atmosphere that is second to none. This move helps us further strengthen our local connections and continue supporting our clients’ financial goals in a truly elevated environment.”

The relocation comes just 14 months after Nepsis’ acquisition of tax and accounting firm Sevenich, Butler, Gerlach & Brazil, Ltd., which serves as a foundation for the firm's robust tax planning and business advisory services. The office will act as a central hub for the team, with all service lines operating under one roof. This will serve to streamline operations, accelerating the firm’s ability to enhance its family office framework and deliver holistic financial solutions to clients.

Targeting expansion, Nepsis has nearly quadrupled its workforce in the past two years, growing from 13 employees in 2022 to 46 in 2024. The company also promoted Matt Pearson to president and hired Troy Williams as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development, aligning its leadership with its growth and innovation strategy.

During this period of rapid growth, Nepsis strengthened its leadership by appointing Malia Haskins as vice president of its estate planning division, Amanda Butler as chief technology officer and Derek Malmquist as vice president of marketing. The firm also focused recruiting efforts on its tax division, making key hires such as Jack Cahill as senior vice president of tax and Kelly Nanasy as vice president of accounting and advisory.

Beyond operational benefits, the new space will enhance Nepsis’ recruitment efforts as the firm expands its team further. Recognized as a Best Place to Work in 2024, Nepsis’ commitment to nurturing a positive and dynamic workplace culture is further bolstered by this move. Its desirable location and modern design will help to attract top talent in the Minneapolis area, while its infrastructure supports growth and expansion plans. The newly renovated building creates an inviting setting for in-person meetings, contributing to a superior employee and client experience.

“The recent transformation of Meridian was designed to create a hospitality-inspired, collaborative environment focused on delivering an elevated workplace experience for our tenants,” said Damian Miller, Piedmont’s executive vice president. “It’s exciting when our vision aligns with that of our clients, and we are thrilled to welcome Nepsis to their new headquarters office at Two Meridian.”

This move underscores Nepsis’ commitment to growth and innovation, laying a strong foundation for future advancements. Planned technology initiatives including the phase two launch of Nepsis’ client facing mobile app will further enhance the firm’s ability to provide exceptional support. This innovative technology will offer greater clarity into the users financial lives, solidifying Nepsis’ position as a leader in delivering strategic, client-focused solutions.
