After nearly 40 years at Safety National, John Csik will retire as President and as a member of executive management. He will assume a new role as Executive Advisor, providing strategic guidance and working on special projects with the executive management team.
Gus Aivaliotis, Chief Underwriting Officer, will assume the role of Deputy Chief Executive Officer. In this position, he will assist the Chief Executive Officer with leadership duties to develop, execute, and achieve business objectives. He will share responsibility for advancing the company’s mission while preserving and enhancing its reputation and culture.
Cyndee Morton, Chief Operating Officer, will assume the role of President. In this position, she will be responsible for implementing the company’s strategic vision, managing senior executives, and aligning various departments to achieve corporate goals.
Nick Kriegel, Chief Innovation Officer and General Counsel, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he will direct the day-to-day operations and translate high-level strategy into actionable tasks across the organization.
Mark Wilhelm, Executive Chairman, Duane Hercules, Chief Executive Officer, and Tom Grove, Chief Client Officer, will continue in their current executive management roles.
