(“Green Summit”), a new investment platform created to build a market-leading, full-service landscape management organization in the United States. Concurrent with its formation, Green Summit completed its first acquisition, a regional master brand and founder-led business with a reputation for customer service excellence and unrivaled quality, delivered by a team of experienced and tenured landscape professionals. The owners are retaining a meaningful ownership position and will continue to lead the business going forward.
