("AutoBase" or the "Company"), a national provider of safety service patrol and traffic incident management services with operations spanning the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast regions.

AutoBase partners with state Departments of Transportation ("DOTs") to provide essential highway services, including motorist assistance, vehicle accident response and removal of disabled vehicles and roadway debris. These services are critical in enhancing roadway safety, reducing congestion and restoring traffic flow. The acquisition marks a transformational step in VMS' growth strategy, strengthening its offering in the Safety Service Patrol ("SSP") segment and expanding its ability to serve state and municipal agencies nationwide.
