LA Times Media Group Launches “Straight to the Point,” a New Weekly Investigative Series Featuring Emmy Award–Winning Journalist Catherine Herridge

The Los Angeles Times Media Group (LATMG) today announced the launch of Straight to the Point with Catherine Herridge, a weekly independent investigative news program debuting Sunday, November 9. The series will stream across LATMG’s digital channels and Catherine Herridge’s official X platform, bringing audiences original reporting, exclusive interviews, and investigations with national and global impact.

Hosted by Emmy Award–winning journalist Catherine Herridge, Straight to the Point draws on extensive sourcing, primary documents, and on-the-record interviews to deliver fact-driven, independent journalism. Each episode will feature in-depth conversations with influential leaders and experts, providing context and clarity on the issues shaping the world today.
