CIBC Innovation Banking announced today that it recently acted as the lead arranger and administrative agent on a syndicated credit facility for Teamworks, a Durham, NC-based software business that provides a leading operating system for sports organizations. The company will use the financing to support future organic and inorganic strategic growth initiatives.
Teamworks provides the top operations software for teams which includes professional organizations, colleges, National Governing Bodies, and military or tactical teams.
