ICR, a leading strategic communications and advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Edward Ruff as Head of Equity Capital Markets at ICR Capital, its broker-dealer affiliate. Mr. Ruff will oversee ICR Capital’s equity capital markets team, which provides IPO, follow-on, and block advisory services to corporate, private equity, and venture capital clients. Mr. Ruff joined ICR in June, and brings over 15 years of experience in equity capital markets and investment banking, having led over 150 transactions throughout his career, raising in excess of $100 billion in capital.

Mr. Ruff joins ICR Capital with significant experience in equity capital markets and investment banking, including more than a decade with Citigroup in ECM and investment banking roles. Most recently, he served as Head of Equity Capital Markets at Cabrera Capital Markets. Throughout his career, he has led numerous IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, M&A financings, SPACs, PIPEs, and other capital markets transactions.
