Community Coffee, America’s #1 family-owned retail coffee brand, has announced the launch of its 2025–2026 Community Cash for Schools program. The program gives schools the opportunity to earn funds by simply collecting and redeeming Proofs of Purchase from Community® products. Since its inception, the Community Cash for Schools program has brought communities together to raise over $8.7 million in support of local schools.

Community Coffee awards check to Mermentau Elementary School, the top-earning school from the 2024–2025 Community Cash for Schools program.

The program is open to all state-licensed schools from pre-K through 12th grade. To participate, a school representative must annually confirm enrollment of their school at cashforschools.communitycoffee.com.

Once enrolled, schools should ask parents and local businesses to help them collect as many Proofs of Purchase as possible. School supporters should submit Proofs of Purchase to their school, which then mail them to a designated P.O. Box to be tallied and redeemed for cash.

Parents and other school supporters can also create a personal account at cashforschools.communitycoffee.com to track their school’s progress throughout the year.

Participating schools must postmark Proofs of Purchase and Tracking Forms by Jan. 31 of each program year; all submissions after the deadline will be held for the following program year. Schools receive their checks by the end of the school year, with the three top earners also winning an in-person celebration with the Community Coffee team.

Top-earning schools from the 2024–2025 program year include Mermentau Elementary School in Mermentau, La., followed by Mandeville High School MC JROTC in Mandeville, La., and Sts. Leo-Seton Catholic School in Lafayette, La. Community Coffee rallied communities to raise more than $150,000 for schools in 2024–2025.
