This new security safeguard directly addresses the growing threat of fraud and misrepresentation within the vehicle logistics industry, providing customers, carriers and drivers with unprecedented confidence during vehicle release.

When customers enable the ACERTified feature within ACERTUS’ Transportation Management System (TMS), they can designate a pickup release agent responsible for confirming the identity of the assigned driver. At the time of pickup, the designated agent securely accesses a live verification portal, triggering a text-code system that allows instant, two-way confirmation between the driver and release agent. If the code matches, the system validates the assignment and greenlights vehicle release, providing both parties with a clear digital confirmation.
