Litigation team strengthens firm’s national reputation defense and crisis response capabilities

Attorney David Sillers has joined the Dallas office of Hilgers PLLC, adding his defamation practice to the services offered by the national commercial litigation and discovery counsel law firm.

Mr. Sillers represents companies and individuals seeking redress in defamation cases. He also helps prevent the need for such lawsuits in the first place by working with crisis management firms, public relations firms, and counsel for media companies in advance of publication to ensure news coverage is as fair and accurate as possible. He has obtained for his clients numerous retractions, corrections, and apologies for damaging falsehoods. He also has special expertise in unmasking “anonymous” online defamers and holding them to account.
