Scott Shebelsky named Partner; Alex Lovell appointed to Principal; and Roumi Zlateva appointed to Principal, Head of Capital Markets

Lovell Minnick Partners (“LMP”), a private equity firm focused on investments in financial services, business services, and financial technology companies, today announced the promotions of Scott Shebelsky to Partner, Alex Lovell to Principal and Roumi Zlateva to Principal, Head of Capital Markets.

Scott joined LMP in the Philadelphia office in 2016 and has played a critical leadership role as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the firm’s finance, accounting and operations functions while driving key technology and process improvements as the platform has grown. His promotion to Partner reflects both his impact in building a scalable institutional infrastructure and his broader contributions as a strategic thought partner to the investment team and LMP’s management company.

Alex joined LMP in 2021 and has helped source, evaluate and execute new investments while working closely with management teams across multiple portfolio companies. As a new Principal, he will take on expanded responsibilities leading deal processes, deepening coverage in core focus areas where the firm continues to see attractive opportunities and mentoring junior team members.

Roumi joined LMP in 2017 and has been a key deal professional at LMP for several years, serving on multiple boards and partnering with founders and management teams to drive organic growth and strategic M&A. In her new role as Head of Capital Markets, she will lead the firm’s capital markets efforts, including financing strategy, lender and intermediary relationships, and support for larger, more complex transactions across the portfolio, while coordinating the firm’s co-investment activities alongside investor relations and the deal teams.
