Chris Wade joins as Managing Director and Head of Tax. Based in Chicago, he will lead the Firm’s tax advisory function, overseeing complex tax matters and ensuring seamless support for GPs and other private markets participants. Mr. Wade has more than fifteen years of experience in tax accounting, most recently as the founder of a national tax consulting business. He previously held senior positions at PwC and spent eleven years at Ernst & Young. He earned an M.B.A. and B.S. in accounting from Indiana University.

Dominick Barbieri joins as Managing Director and Head of Compliance and Regulatory Advisory. Mr. Barbieri, based in New York, has over two decades of experience providing strategic and tactical guidance to alternative investment firms and navigating the regulatory landscape. He previously served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Palladium Equity Partners, LLC. Earlier, Mr. Barbieri served as Senior Counsel in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement and as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell, LLP. He earned a B.A. from S.U.N.Y. Binghamton, summa cum laude, and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, summa cum laude, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review.
