San Francisco, CA - Dogpatch Paddle is thrilled to announce the launch of its Youth Camps, comprising engaging Paddleboard lessons to inspire a love for water sports among young adventurers in the summer of 2025. With an exclusive early bird discount available until December 31, 2024, kids can explore the Bay, make friends, and create lasting memories.
The week-long summer camp allows kids to discover the thrill of paddle boarding or kayaking in a fun and safe environment. With expert instruction and fully packed daily schedules, kids of all skill levels will leave with new skills and an appreciation for the water.
Dogpatch Paddle’s beginner SUP Camp is perfect for newbies eager to learn the basics of stand-up paddle boarding, such as balance, paddling, and safety. The intermediate SUP & Kayak Camp is for paddlers who already have experience and want to advance their skills, focusing on improving speed, endurance, and water navigation.
The advanced SUP camp is designed for campers who love to paddle and want to take their skills to the highest level, working on racing form, efficient strokes, fitness, and endurance. The explorers paddle board or kayak camp expands reach to the best paddle spots in the Bay Area. Dogpatch Paddle takes the show on the road with paddles in Marin, the East Bay, Half Moon Bay, and the Peninsula.
Youth Camps 2025 has a weekly schedule from June 2 to August 28, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, featuring beginner, intermediate, advanced, and explorer’s camps. Dogpatch Paddle also offers Paddleboard rentals for parents and guardians who want to join the fun or explore the Bay while their kids are at camp.
Since safety is a priority, every camp begins with a comprehensive briefing covering emergency protocols, paddling techniques, physical distancing, health measures, and understanding tides and currents. Dogpatch Paddle has certified counselors who are fun, energetic, passionate about water sports, and CPR and first-aid certified with strong swimming backgrounds.
To ensure a memorable experience, all campers who seek to participate in the Youth Camps must know how to swim and dress in weather-appropriate beachwear. If weather conditions keep campers off the water, they can still participate in beachside games and land-based activities.
Dogpatch Paddle’s Youth Camps for summer 2025 promise an unparalleled excursion for young water sports enthusiasts, blending safety, skill-building, and fun in one dynamic program. With experienced counselors, breathtaking paddle destinations, and well-planned activities, kids can make their 2025 summer unforgettable.
Beyond Youth Camps, Dogpatch Paddle offers Kayak rentals, private events, memberships, lessons and tours, and retail services for new and avid adventurers.
