Senior Care Authority is proud to present "Adults with Aging Parent Drivers," - Beyond Driving with Dignity on February 27, 2024, from 6:00 pm-7:00 pm at Sunrise Senior Living of Madison, New Jersey. This free presentation is designed for concerned family members, caregivers, and loved ones of senior drivers. This event will provide a roadmap to help address the driving issue with tact, compassion, and empathy so that the older driver's dignity and independence are never unnecessarily jeopardized.
“The goal in hosting the event is to foster awareness around senior driving, especially as it relates to cognitive decline,” explains David Stamberg, Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Beyond Driving with Dignity professional. “As a senior placement advisor, I understand the importance of educating senior drivers about safe driving as they age. Our event, 'Adults with Aging Parent Drivers,' aims to empower families with the knowledge and resources needed to ensure their loved ones continue to drive safely, promoting independence and well-being in the golden years.”
The event is hosted by Sunrise Senior Living of Madison. There is no cost to attend these events, but space is limited.
