Within a provider’s Incredable profile, an administrator can click “Verify” to submit an identification request to NPDB, including first and last name, National Provider Identifier (NPI), state license numbers, and more. Once the query is processed, administrators are automatically notified, and the results are safely stored within the provider safe, creating a documented audit trail.
