John Barkers Solicitors Celebrates 140th Anniversary
John Barkers Solicitors is delighted to announce its 140th anniversary of continuous operation this month.
Originally founded by Mr. John Barker in 1884, and later joined by his son John Barker Junior until 1961, the firm has grown from a small office in Grimsby town centre to a well-established practice with its head office at Telegraph House, formerly the offices and printworks of the Grimsby Evening Telegraph. Additional offices are located in Mablethorpe and Louth. The firm is renowned for its commitment to excellence and client-focused approach.
To commemorate this milestone, a new sign has been unveiled at the head office, stating: ‘John Barkers Solicitors Established 1884 Serving Lincolnshire for 140 years 1884 – 2024.’
