Company Celebrates 10 Years in Business and Promotes Two to Senior VP

From six employees sharing 300 square feet of office space, the company has grown to become a Top 10 nurse staffing company with over 75 internal employees supporting nearly 500 healthcare travelers in 48 states. Two promotions are also newsworthy. Effective August 1, Dawn Rider-Carter, one of the founders of Advantage RN, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Recruiting. Rider-Carter previously served as Vice President of Client Development and East Region Recruiting. Marianne Heatherly has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Development. Heatherly previously served as Vice President of Operations and West Region Recruiting. Together, Ms. Rider-Carter and Ms. Heatherly bring over 40 years of experience to the healthcare staffing industry in a variety of senior roles including management positions with public healthcare staffing firms.
