Should private donors kick in more money to fix Union Terminal, Music Hall?

It’s a question the panel charged with reviewing Hamilton County tax levy requests batted around for a chunk of its meeting on Tuesday: Why can’t Cincinnati’s philanthropists, wealthy citizens and Fortune 500 companies pick up more of the tab for the $331 million overhaul of Union Terminal and Music Hall than the $40 million goal put forth by a task force charged with coming up with a plan?
