The event is taking place November 8th-11th, 2015 at the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona and will bring together retailers, suppliers, and their service partners to discuss how to strengthen supplier relationships, confront pressing industry issues and tackle new initiatives.

Jennifer Beasley will be joined by Kevin Harris from Compliance Networks to present “Measuring Performance: The Key to Connecting the Collaboration Dots,” on Tuesday, November 10th at 2:25 pm PT. The session is designed to give retailers the tools and know-how to understand and take their collaboration with data to the next level. The session will cover topics such as:

·         Effectively scorecard categories and suppliers, and incorporate these insights into joint business planning processes-- the ultimate in collaboration and a new operational imperative,

·         Take retailer-vendor collaboration program to the next level by properly tracking and measuring its success and build a single version of the truth,

·         Maximize the value from sharing data and build sustainable, strategic partnerships based on common and mutually beneficial opportunities,

·         Create and execute against collaborative business processes with suppliers to overcome key challenges and meet organizational goals.
