Caterpillar accused of tax fraud in report commissioned by Feds

​Caterpillar, the heavy-equipment maker that had its headquarters in Peoria, Illinois, searched by federal agents last week, has been accused of tax and accounting fraud in a report commissioned by the federal government, The New York Times reports.
