Bowers project in lower South End now 85% leased with brewery, tech firm

Artisanal Brewing Ventures — the parent company of Victory Brewing Co. of Downingtown, Pa., and Southern Tier Brewing Co. of Lakewood, N.Y. — will be leasing a 28,000-square-foot building as part of the Bowers adaptive-reuse project. And software technology company SentryOne will take 31,000 square feet in a building adjacent to ABV.
