DAX, CAC ‘could surge higher’ on European earnings beats, says analyst

European stocks have been stuck in snooze mode lately compared with the record-breaking rally for U.S. stocks, but an improvement in corporate earnings should kick start a run higher for European shares, according to an analyst.
