Aldevron's SpCas9 has been shown by researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Minnesota to be highly efficient and consistent from lot to lot. The high concentration and formulation of the nuclease allow for considerable flexibility in experimental design and expand the options for gene editing applications.
