Facebook details workplace harassment policies, says 'I was joking' is not an accepted excuse

Facebook published its internal policies on workplace harassment and bullying on Friday to “foster the conversation” surrounding intimidating, offensive and sexual conduct. The policy covers derogatory or insensitive jokes, pranks, slurs, epithets, unwelcome sexual advances and sharing offensive content.
