In trading on Monday, the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 1.7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Cleveland-Cliffs (CLF), up about 10.8% and shares of Hecla Mining (HL), up about 4.5% on the day.
