After Horizon Air crash, Sea-Tac Airport seeks ways to detect and deter erratic workers

The Port of Seattle has asked newly hired consultants to examine "procedures and capabilities" to anticipate and deter erratic employee behavior by airport employees who've already passed TSA background checks.
