$3 billion St. Louis company closes California deal

Core & Main, the largest U.S. distributor of water, sewer and fire protection products, has closed on its acquisition of select assets of Maskell Pipe & Supply Inc., a California-based distributor and fittings fabricator of high-density polyethylene pipe.
