Woman fires shot into KFC drive-thru window after not receiving fork and napkin, witnesses say

Police in Shelbyville, Ky. investigated a shooting on Monday at a KFC drive-thru window, which witnesses said was sparked after a customer didn't receive a fork and napkin.
