Kentucky Derby, Oaks timing announcement coming Tuesday morning

There has been heavy speculation that the Derby, set for its 146th running, will be postponed after the CDC recommended an eight-week moratorium on events of 50 people or more to combat the coronavirus outbreak. This would be past the date of Derby, set for May 2, 2020.
