SEC warns on coronavirus insider trading after stock sales by Sen. Loeffler and NYSE chief husband raise eyebrows

The Securities and Exchange Commission warned against trading on non-public information related to the coronavirus. It came after disclosures of stock sales by New York Stock Exchange CEO Jeff Sprecher, and his wife, Sen. Kelly Loeffler, R-Ga.
