Home price index hits new high in June; Phoenix growth still off the charts

The June numbers show the Valley housing market continues to withstand the pandemic-driven blows that have caused so many other facets of the economy to suffer. Economists who crunch the numbers told the Business Journal that Phoenix price increases seem to be accelerating heading toward the end of the summer selling season.
